Usage Guidelines
Based on thorough experiments, we recommend using the heat lamp for 4-6 hours per day. Replace the bulbs every 3 months for optimal performance, particularly when it comes to UVA irradiation. Standard E26 lamp base and 120 volts ensure easy installation.

Safety Notes
To ensure safety, use high-quality ceramic lamp holders and avoid unstable voltage. Do not use dimmers, thermostats, or rheostats with our heat lamps. Avoid splashing water on the basking lights during use. Maintain a minimum distance of 30cm between your reptiles and the heat lamp. Avoid turning the heat lamp on and off frequently.
